Quick, Raw Sunflower Pâté

This is an altered Ani Phyo recipe.

I have three of her books; she seems like a nice lady.

Eat this with rice crackers or on a raw base, such as carrot.

Vary up the ratios to taste.


3/4 carrot, chopped into pieces
2 sticks celery, chopped into pieces
A whole bunch of sunflower seeds or, if you prefer, sunflower paste
Few squirts lemon (to taste)
Sprinkling salt
Garlic if you like (I didn’t add it)


Blend all the stuffs! Eat all the stuffs!
