Everything Salad

Super hearty crowd-pleaser, great to take to a friend’s place.

It’s hard not to eat loads.

INGREDIENTS

Salad
Roast Potatoes – roasted with mixed herbs
Sundried Tomatoes
Chickpeas – drained
Mungbeans – sprouted
Avocado
Sesame Seeds
Baby Spinach
Vegan Sausages – cooked, cooled & cubed

Dressing
Balsamic Vinegar
Oil
Mustard
Dash of Sweet Syrup (I used Golden Syrup)
Pepper
Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Toss ingredients, whizz up dressing, drizzle, serve.
