Raw Crackers

Originally this was supposed to be raw nachos.

I followed the Cafe Gratitude recipe, from their lovely book, which included sunflower seed “refried beans”.

This dish has no right calling itself nachos. It’s crackers, nut pate and salad.

Still yummy, but!

INGREDIENTS

2 & 1/2 cups flax seed
1/2 cup carrot pulp
1 cup juice
1 teaspoon salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Blend all ingredients and spread on silicon or teflon sheets. Score. Dehydrate, approximately 3 hours each side or until crispy. Serve with sunflower seed pate, guacamole, salsa and cashew cheese.
