Quick Satay Sauce

I put this on tofu and fried vegetables, it’s delicious. I can’t take credit for it though, it was the work of Vegan Pirate.

No photo, just do it.

INGREDIENTS

1 tin of coconut cream
1 teaspoon of curry powder
3 tablespoons of peanut butter

INSTRUCTIONS

Fry vegetables and tofu.

Heat sauce ingredients in a pot until they’re saucy. Drizzle sauce over vegetables and cook further until sauce thickens and reduces.
