Raw Margherita Pizza with Best Cheesy Cashew Cheese

Cashew cheese; I’ve been doing it wrong.

Base:

LSA, blended with carrot, salt and water until doughy, press flat, dehydrate. Flip and remove from dehydrator when bread-like.

Topping:

~ A quick marinara sauce: blend soaked sundried tomatoes, a soaked date, fresh tomatoes, some avocado, salt, dash of oil, dash of lemon.
~ Best cashew cheese; powdered cashew nuts, tiny bit of water to moisten, massage through miso paste to taste and salt to taste.
~ Basil
~ Sliced tomatoes
~ Salt
